The Mission Foundation Scholarship/Bursary Awards Night will take place in April ,2005 at the Clarke Theatre.

The Annual General Meeting will be held Thursday May 26th, 2005 It is open to all who wish to attend. at the Mission Lawn Bowling Centre - 7560 Hurd St. - 7 pm
The Public is Welcome.

Board meetings are held on the third Wednesday of specified months.


COMMITTEE MEETINGS:

Executive: every 2nd Wednesday of the month – 9am at the office.

Investment: every 2nd Wed. every month – 10am at the office.

Asset Development and Public Relations:

Distributions: meetings held directly following granting deadline dates, which are March 1st; June 1st; Nov. 1st.

Board meetings are held within 2-3 weeks of grant deadlines.
